i really like jimmy carter. i heard an interview with him this morning, and i just wanted to give him a big hug. i kind of want to read his new book.......eventually.

yeah, so 19 days to go. we have our "walk-through" this afternoon at the wright house and have to commit to how many guests we will have. so many people didn't send in their cards so i really hope that means they won't be coming since there won't be food or a seat for them. we tried to make contact, but i've come to the conclusion that most people can't be bothered with things that aren't on their priority list. very discouraging.

yesterday i got a graduation invitation from the college of liberal arts and sciences. i'm glad everything went through. you never know what can happen at a megafauna university like asu.

speaking of, it looks like my students from science club will be taking a field trip to asu. i'm very excited and hope that the kids will want to come here after a little tour. i know after i went to volleyball camp at unk when i was a fifth grader, i wanted to go there. my, have times changed.

last night at j.crew i was a little sad because i realized i'm not the best folder. i mean, i'm perfectly fine, but i never can make the shirts into perfect board-folded stacks. also something very discouraging.
